Model LU-GT1
The LU-GT1 is a compact single-nozzle pneumatic piston filler for start-ups, batch production and frequent changeovers. The operator presents each container and triggers a measured dose, making it a flexible first step away from hand filling.
Published figures are application-dependent reference data and must be confirmed during specification or product trials.

Selection note
Actual output is limited by the operator, container handling, product refill and cleaning. Choose the cylinder near the working dose range rather than expecting one oversized cylinder to cover every SKU efficiently.

The machine is normally shortlisted for sauces, honey and food pastes, shampoo, gel and lotion, cosmetic cream and personal care. Final suitability depends on product behaviour, materials compatibility, fill range and the intended container.
No. Published figures are reference conditions. Real throughput depends on product viscosity or flow, dose size, container handling, operator workflow, changeovers and downstream equipment.
Integration can be assessed with conveyors, container handling, capping, labelling, coding, sealing and accumulation. The control and layout scope should be agreed before order.
Send the product data, fill volumes, container samples or drawings, target output, utilities, cleaning method, available footprint and details of any upstream or downstream machinery.
